How to Prepare Frozen Naked Lobster:

Defrost it (slowly is better than fast) and then place the lobster meat into lightly salted boiling water. About 3-5 minutes. Meat will be light and tender not chewy…if you cook it longer than that, it will get chewy.

The meat will continue to cook due to the residual heat once it is removed from the boiling water so it’s important not to leave it in the water too long. It’s also important that the water is at a rolling boil.

You will see two claws under the tail when you open the vacuum pack.
